Additionally, he served as a regional manager for residential properties with a specific focus on the assessment of mechanical systems and physical condition. Mr. Langford also spent 18 years as a General and Regional manager for a major national restaurant chain. Mr. Langford has extensive experience related to training accountabilities for both the restaurant and maintenance industries. Certifications include, Department of Environmental Protection, HVAC and Pool operations in addition to an extensive list of achievements and contributions to a wide range of civic organizations.
